We at Making Small Farms Work AB (”Making Small Farms Work AB”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”) invite you to access and use our websites, including richardperkins.co, programs.richardperkins.co, regenerativeagricultureonlinecourse.com, starttherightfarm.com, regenerativeagriculturebook.com, ridgedalefarmbuilds.com, farmlikeahero.com and farmfishhuntpickbake.com (the “Websites”).

Please be advised that these Terms of Use may be updated from time to time without further notice. You are therefore expected to check this page now and again so that you are away of any changes, as they are binding to you.

Visitors to our Websites (“Visitors”) are provided access subject to the following Terms of Use. By using the Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Websites.

Any user who registers with us (“Registered User”) and wishes to purchase a product or service through one of our Websites, is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.

Visitors can view all publicly available content on the Websites and email us, no login needed.

Registered Users can do the same as Visitors as well as: (i) purchase products and services through one of our Websites; (ii) access exclusive content available only to Registered Users; (iii) access, manage and update their own accounts on the Websites; (iv) post comments on the Websites; (v) sign up for our programs; (vi) sign up for notifications; and (vii) subscribe to our newsletter and marketing emails.

Making Small Farms Work AB is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User, and may deactivate any account at any time, including, without limitation, if it determines that a Registered User has violated these Terms of Use.

The Websites may only be used by individuals who are 18 years or older. By using the Websites, you declare that you are legal of age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet the requirements of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Websites, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Websites at any time with our prior notice or liability.

Some purchases and downloads require the creation of a user account. It is a condition of the use of the Websites that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete. Each username and password can be used by only one person, and sharing your access information with others is a breach of this Agreement. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your login information as well as any misuse of it. We reserve the right to delete or change your login information at any time and shall have no liability to your for any loss or damage such action may cause you.

The material on the Websites, such as videos, images, text, course material and any other material (collectively the “Content”) is owned by us or third parties. Unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Visitors and Registered Users may view all publicly available Content for their own personal, non-commercial use. Registered Users who have purchased any product or service may download any Content contained in that purchased product or device onto their own devices for their own personal, non-commercial use. You have no other right to the Content and consent to not using the Content except as in the above permitted ways. You may therefore not sell, share, transfer, distribute, modify, reproduce or publicly display the Content. If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access and/or use the Content will be withdrawn.

Any content that you post or upload (“Registered User Content”) is accessible to others and therefore non-confidential. You should therefore carefully consider the information you make available. YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE REGISTERED USER CONTENT THAT YOU POST OR UPLOAD ON THE WEBSITES OR SEND US THROUGH EMAIL.

You retain intellectual property rights to your own Registered User Content. You do, however, hereby grant us license to compile, copy, record and publicly display your Registered User Content. You also grant us the right, but not the obligation, to use your Registered User Content and your username, name and photography to advertise and promote Making Small Farms Work AB and our Websites, products and services.

Any communications you send to us, including emails, letters, feedback, comments, questions, suggestions and the like, may be used by us to improve current products, services and marketing as well as develop new material or concepts.

By accessing and/or using our Websites, you agree to comply with the following community guidelines (“Community Guidelines”): (i) you will not use the Websites for any unlawful purpose; (ii) you will not share any content that infringes copyright, discloses sensitive information about another person, promotes violence or is pornographic; (iii) you will not spam or use the Websites for commercial activities; (iv) you will not try to hack the Websites, neither to disrupt their operation nor to mine data; (v) you will inform us if you come across inappropriate content.

If you do not adhere to these Community Guidelines, we may deny you access to the Websites without notice and remove any prohibited content.

While we take measures to keep the Websites operational and virus-free, we cannot guarantee this and we provide the use of our Websites on an “as is” basis without any warranties.

The Websites may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”), however, these links should not be considered an endorsement of those sites or their content, nor are we responsible for the content on those sites.

When you make a purchase on one of our Websites, you consent to pay the full price listed as well as any applicable fees and taxes. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and credit card information, and keep it updated in your account. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and to pay all costs of collection on any outstanding balance.

When you purchase or download any of our paid or free products or services, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased courses, programs, memberships and other material (collectively the “Programs”) for your own personal and business use. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to use any of the material in any way for commercial purposes. You further agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used for your personal or business and may not be shared with anyone else. Our digital products are generally subject to additional terms, which can be found on the sales or order page of each product.

When buying one of our physical products, you may request a refund for a minimum of 14 days. In some cases the refund period might be longer; please see the details on the sales or order page of each product.

When buying one of our digital products, you may generally not request a refund. However, we have refund periods for some of our digital products. These often come with specific terms you must comply with to be eligible and can be fund on the sales or order page of each product.

When buying a physical product, please be advised that delivery may take up to a month. You are responsible for any additional duties or taxes that your country imposes on imported goods. Packages returned to us due to a failure or refusal of yours to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees.

The information contained on the Websites are for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.

This Agreement and any action related thereto will be governed by laws of Sweden and the European Union.
